The General Data Protection Regulation

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a EU-wide regulation that controls how companies and other organizations handle personal data. It is the most significant initiative on data protection and has major implications for any organization in the world, serving individuals from the European Union.

I am bound by this statement to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (Sl. l. EU L119/1), to maintain the confidentiality of all personal data that I have the right and the authority to access, and which are in the collections of personal data handled by the craft in which I am employed and that I will use the same personal information only in a specific (prescribed) purpose.

I also agree that the personal data I have the right and the authorization to access will not be provided / provided for use or made available in any other way to third parties (unauthorized persons). I commit myself to keep the confidentiality of the same personal information even after the termination of the authority to access personal data.

I understand that any unauthorized disposal of personal data that I have access to in my work is a violation of my employment obligation.
